Personally, I can't wait, I've been wanting a smart phone really badly, but I'm a windows kinda guy, and all the Windows Phone OS's have kinda sucked up until now. This one has a variety of features, such as:
- Functional Xbox Live, including achievements.
- Touch responsiveness that could possibly rival the iOS 4.
- One touch posts to social sites.
- Very innovative, organized layout.
- Several neat apps developed with SilverLight.
- Availability on many networks.
- Cross-platform games.
However, there are a couple of cons that I have already noticed:
- There is no copy/paste.
- No tethering.
What are your opinions on the phone?
Another con, your contacts are imported from social sites, meaning that if you have several friends, you're going to have trouble finding those whom you actually care to talk to. This isn't too bad though, as Microsoft added a contact search feature.

ReplyDeleteI'd say Windows is behind quite a bit, but hopefully this'll put 'em back on the battlefield. I think Windows main problem is that they do too much, they have all kinds of products that they have to work on, while apple has 1. phones, 2. iPods and 3. Macs.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, I think live on a phone is pretty cool cause you can talk to your friends that are online and gain achievements and change your avatar and what not.
